If you have any inquiries about product defects, please contact Tokyo Figure Customer Support, which is listed on the product package, or the store where you purchased the product.

We will check the defective condition at our company, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us with a photo. Please note that we will not be able to respond to any other inquiries regarding the progress of the project.

About warranty

    Since the package is used as a packing material, there may be some scratches or dents during transportation. Please note that replacements will not be accepted unless the damage affects the main unit.

  • Where can I purchase Mimeyoi products ?

    When purchasing Mimeyoi brand products, please refer to the links on the figure details page on this website to see the stores that carry them, and contact each store directly. This website is not an online store, so we do not make reservations or sell figures. Please make a reservation and purchase at each store.

  • When is the release date ?

    Shipping information will be posted on the news page of this website.
    The arrival date may vary depending on the region of the store. For exact release dates, please contact the various stores directly.
    Due to factors such as development progress, production schedules at factories, customs inspections in various countries, and shipping delays, the delivery schedule may be subject to change. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

  • Do you have any plans to resell the product ?

    Figures that have been decided to be resold will be announced on this website.
    Please note that we will not be able to respond to any inquiries regarding resale.

  • There was a problem with the product I bought a few years ago.

    For figures released a long time ago, after replacement stock has run out, we are no longer able to provide support.
    Therefore, depending on the product, support may already have ended due to lack of stock. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
    As a general rule, the replacement period is within one month (30 days) from the date the product arrives at your address.
    However, as the situation may vary depending on the product, please kindly contact our product support desk (Tokyo Figure) for further assistance.

Be careful of counterfeit products (Pirated copies)

Counterfeit products (pirated copies) pretending to be our products are on the market through internet auctions and private sales. Counterfeit products that are not our genuine products are not eligible for product support, so please be careful when purchasing.
